Meanwhile, notwithstanding the northern tip of the tropical wave traversing the rest of the Eastern Caribbean, the presence of Saharan dust along with low moisture will continue to limit shower activity across Puerto Rico east to the Leeward Islands under generally partly cloudy skies.
