DISCUSSION:   UNSETTLED WEATHER ASSOCIATED WITH TRAILING MOISTURE AND INSTABILITY FROM A TROPICAL WAVE NOW IN THE VICINITY OF PUERTO RICO. A FEW DEEP CONVECTIVE CLOUDS WERE OBSERVED AT A FEW STATIONS AND RADAR ALSO HIGHLIGHTED SOME OF THIS ACTIVITY. NO SIGNIFIANT SHOWERS WERE OBSERVED HOWEVER. THE MID TO UPPER LEVELS AT THIS TIME IS NOT REALLY SUPPORTIVE FOR LIFT BUT MOISTURE AT THE LOWER LEVELS WILL CONTINUE TO PROVIDE ENOUGH FUEL FOR SOME CLOUD PATCHES TO PROVIDE A MODERATE CHANCE OF SHOWERS.

REGARDING THE SEAS, MODELS SUGGEST THE SEAS WILL REMAIN ELEVATED AND THE SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT.
