DISCUSSION:   DESPITE THE PRESENCE OF A WEAK TROUGH IN THE VICINITY OF THE LEEWARDS AND BVI, LACK OF MOISTURE AT THE LOWER LEVELS OF THE ATMOSPHERE SIGNIFICANTLY RESTRICTED ANY MEANINGFUL SHOWER ACTIVITY ACROSS THE AREA THIS EVENING. THIS WAS CLEARLY EVIDENT OF RADAR GRAPHICS, SATELLITE IMAGERY AND THE MIMIC TPW PRODUCT SHOWING THE DRY STATE OF THE ATMOSPHERE. THE LATEST FORECAST MODEL RUNS INDICATE THAT LIGHT WINDS AND DAYTIME HEATING COULD LEAD TO A MODERATE CHANCE FOR LOCALIZED SHOWER ACTIVITY OVER AND AROUND PORTIONS OF THESE ISLANDS DURING THE MID MORNING TO AFTERNOON HOURS TOMORROW. WITH CLEAR SKIES TONIGHT, WE COULD SEE MINIMUM TEMPERATURES DROP TO AS LOW AS 18C OR 64F AS WE ANTICIPATE ANOTHER CLEAR AND CHILLY NIGHT.
