DISCUSSION:   THE ATMOSPHERE OVER THE LEEWARDS AND BVI REMAINS DRY AND STABLE IS ASSOCIATION WITH A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE. MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES WERE INDICATED IN MORNING REPORTS FROM THE ISLANDS; HOWEVER, THERE ARE SOME CLOUD PATCHES OBSERVED OFF SHOWER OF SOME OF THE ISLANDS WITH SPOTTY SHOWER SEEN ON RADAR IMAGERY. FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS: THE HIGH WILL CONTINUE TO DOMINATE WEATHER CONDITIONS AND THIS WILL MAINTAIN A RELATIVELY STABLE ATMOSPHERE OVER THE AREA. THE HIGH IS REFLECTED FROM SURFACE UP TO 500MB AND EVEN THOUGH A LIGHTER WINDFLOW WILL PREVAIL, THE SUPPRESSIVE NATURE OF THE HIGH WILL LIMIT THE FORMATION OF SIGNIFICANT WEATHER. THE LATEST FORECAST SUGGEST NOTHING MORE THAN A 10 PERCENT CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THE LATEST MODEL PROJECTION GENERALLY SUPPORTS THIS OUTCOME.
