Synopsis: Tropical Storm Sebastien continues to move a safe distance away from the region; however, some moisture and instability associated with a trough induced by the storm will maintain for the most a high chance of showers across the islands. Possible rainfall total for the forecast period is 6 to 19 mm or 0.25 to 0.75 inch. Some northerly swells breaking mainly on the northern and eastern shorelines of the islands will produce surfs that will become hazardous for sea-bathers.

Weather tonight: Partly cloudy to cloudy with a 70 percent or high chance of showers and a 30 percent or low chance of thunderstorms.

Seas: 1 to 1.5 metres or 3 to 5 feet with swells of 1.5 metres or 5 feet reaching the northern and eastern shoreline of the islands. Therefore, a high surf advisory remains in effect for sea-bathers..
